My plan for this challenge is to have two lists: one that uses the author's last name and one that goes by the title. I cannot use the same book in both challenges nor can I read two books by the same author. I also cannot use an author or book from another challenge. I want to have this challenge completed by the end of the year.

I really loved Ink and Bone. It was a fascinating story about what happens when one person or community calls ownership of knowledge. In this universe the Library owns all books and the knowledge that comes from them because they don't want the information to be understood other than the way they want it to be.

I only read Fairest because I felt like I had too. I had read the rest of the Lunar Chronicles. I always feel like I need to read the novellas that go along with the books but I'm always disappointed. This book was interesting in the way it make me dislike Levana even more.

I enjoyed City of Savages. I always like reading books that show how humans can evolve their character after some sort of large scale event. In this case it was all out war of the worlds. The main characters are two sisters who know nothing of the world before because they were born right in the beginning of the war and they grew up with the after effects. One sister wanted to know the worlds history and the other thought history didn't matter; that only the present now matters. This makes me wonder who knew best?

Finally got a chance to add some books that I've been reading:

Finding Audrey is about this girl who is involved in some sort of incident at her school. You never find out exactly what is is because Audrey doesn't like to talk about it. It gives her really bad depression and anxieties. This story is about her recovery.

Crimson Bound took me forever to read. I had heard it was supposed to be like a Beauty and the Beast kinda of thing. Not really. There are some interesting elements but I felt that a lot of it was forced onto the reader and onto the characters in the book.

A Court of Thorns and Roses is a book that I've been waiting to read for forever. I love everything I've read by Sarah J. Maas and this book was no exception. I cannot wait till the next one comes out this year. This story is about a girl who is trying to protect her family and accidentally kills a Fae. As part of her countries laws her life is in forfeit because of it but instead of killing her the High Lord chooses to take her to his country for the rest of her life. Lots of fun stuff happens after that.

I read the first took books by Wendy Higgins from her Sweet Trilogy. They were decent. I haven't read too many angel/demon books before. The beginning of the first book dragged a bit but over all I really liked the concept of the books. Basically after the fall of Lucifer some of the demons would take possession of humans to spread their trait. Some of the demons are wrath, adulty, lust, and substance abuse. The story follows their kids who are 'charged' with helping their fathers spread their trait as well.

Changeling is the story about a young man Luca who is given the job of seeking out heresy and the signs of the end of days by the church. He travels throughout Europe and inquires about what he sees. The first stop he hears stories of madness and witchcraft from a nunnery. The second stop brings questions of werewolves. While this is fiction it is interesting to speculate how close to truth some of these beliefs were during this time.
