Home Library project

I had posted this elsewhere but was invited by another Thing member to join the group. I have since done a good deal of updates to my home library project
so here are the original links, plus a new one for the 3rd phase. I have one more major project to go in the room before it is complete!

That's impressive! The red background and the fireplace give the room a rich, cozy feeling. I like the clock/light on the ceiling.

I love that ceiling! And all of the shelves as well. Once I have the insulation and wiring in my cabin done, I'll be building bookcases a lot like yours.

Thanks! We are quite proud of it! The idea was to have a old, and comfortable feel to the room so we can relax, and read :)

That is great work. I really liked the third set as I am in the process of adding a bar to my basement. I wish I had your skills.

That looks very impressive. But I think you should have included a photograph to explain how you used the viola to drill the holes. Presumably you were wearing a deerstalker at the time?

Great Library, I love it! My library is the upstairs bonus room over our garage. It is very nice, but, nothing like yours. Mine is too modern...... I love the Sherlock inspired work. He is one of my favorite fiction detectives. Again, great job.
