For Kindle Audible Whispersync, both the kindle and audible versions must be purchased. I love this feature and have purchased many.

Any hints for putting two editions of a book in your library?

I have audible and I'm intrigued by Whispersync but haven't tried it yet. Is it easy to do? I also would like to know how to add different versions of books. Sorry that I am absolutely zero help to you!

Whispersync automatically takes your Kindle book to last spot listened to in your Audible book or in your Audible takes you to last spot in Kindle.
For example, you read through Chapter ten of an evening - in the morning (while having access to WiFi) you open the Audible companion book and you are given a prompt asking if you want to go to Chapter 11.
The Outlander series is fabulous for this as the narrator, Davina Porter, is marvelous. Many Audible books are cheaper if you buy Kindle book first.
I have read over 100 this way the past few years. I don't want to overwhelm but would be happy to answer any questions.

I've only read/listened to two books this way, and I like it, although I don't think it's always worth purchasing the book twice. A few times, when I was following along in the text while listening, I discovered significant differences between the audio and the text. Has anyone else noticed this? I wonder why.

I would love it to be available for books in Spanish, but for English books, it seems pointless.

Just wondering what you need to play Whispersync? I have a Kindle app on my computer, but not sure what to get to play audio books.
