Sparknotes.com is a source I used often for in-depth analysis of classic novels, chapter by chapter. Much to my surprise, I've discovered it has adapted this approach for the first three novels of Martin's series. It serves as a sort of re-read, similar to what Tor.com has done, together with some general analysis of themes, etc. Includes quizzes, further reading suggestions, etc.

That seems like it would be really helpful even for those of us who have read them all. There are so many minute details in the books it's sometimes hard to keep them straight. Then there are those people who shriek at the TV and could use it to reference that something didn't actually happen in the books. ;)
