I've often got pics of my guys that I want to share, but I never know quite which thread to post them in, plus I love seeing pics of other LTers' cats - so thought it'd be nice to have a thread specifically for our own feline friends :)

Hopefully people aren't sick of seeing my Tilly & Taji, I got the camera out last night & got a few that I'd like to share :)

So beautiful! Seanie, I am Taji and Tilly's biggest fan here in the US, I am pretty sure! Lilithcat, I really don't remember seeing pics of your kitties before - gorgeous!

I now have a menagerie of three, and the three year old is always grooming the new kitten, but I have not been able to get good snapshots of them yet. (Project!)

ETA: Seanie, I always think Tilly looks like the keen/no-nonsense one and Taji looks like the mellow/gentle one.

I just adopted Shadow & Smoke in January, so they are relatively new to my house, but quite at home as you can see!

Dear Seanie,

Your photo techniques/eye has improved over the last few years :)

There are still a few other LT members whos cats I still miss.

I know the usual mob I usually see/notice and waves me hand at you.

But where is Tardis? or rather their 2 cats? And have they lost fat/weight?

Hmm. Note to self. Must make a LT "list" of the Cats I have noticed on LT. over
the past few years.

Guido.

PS. I vaguely remember a thread called something like "Artistic pictures of your cats"
which might also have been appropriate for Even more cat portraits.

Guido.

My cat Victoria usually sits facing away from me, and I got tired of taking pictures of her butt :)

My two tend to remove themselves when they see the camera although Parsifal does like being photographed helping me with the housework; but I can only post a limited number of pics of Parsifal sitting in the dishwasher, washing machine, food cupboards, making the bed and inspecting the bath for soap scum.

It would be more help if he vacuumed and washed the floors but for some reason he doesn't think that is in his job descripton.

>47 - Amy and Rory are fine. Amy has lost a little weight but not enough. I just haven't taken any good pictures lately.

I give up; I've used my best HTML and used the long alpha-numerical code which is the file name, and tried the address from the address line and nothing works. I've tried it with /> and > at the end, just in case it didn't like the forward slash but it ignored me.

I can't even get the "click anywhere on the preview to close it" any more.

I have even error-checked my computer ...

I shall now put away all my HTML how-to books and stop trying to post a photo of my babies.

Pinkozcat,

yields:

The string between the quotation marks comes from the properties of the picture in your gallery. In Windows you right click the picture to get a list of options; properties is among those options. You copy the string from the information in the box that comes up when you click properties.

Good luck,

That is what I did but only used the f3145ef0465538f636e50624177434b41716b42.jpg which was in the properties.

That is what I used to do - something has changed since I last posted a pic.

And that is a pic of the babies when they were kittens although, from a quick glance, that is the number for the latest pic in my dustbin or whatever it is called.

So you use the gallery for your source now?

I'll have another try. Thanks!

Poppy on the left and Parsifal on the right Parsifal always jumps onto the top of his igloo and he and Poppy sleep on top of it mostly.

I occasionally restore it to its igloo form but it doesn't take him long to squash it down again.
