Has anyone ordered an Osprey title on a Kindle or other reader/tablet device?

I am tempted from time to time to order an Osprey title for my Kindle Reader/Kindle Tablet.

Are the Osprey maps legible on a reader/tablet device?

Are the color illustrations and pictures often found in Osprey titles of any use on a reader/tablet device?

Please advise.
