New Policy At Amazon

Hold the phone. I posted that Amazon is now cross-posting reviews, but apparently they have been doing this for some time. It just looked that way to me (because all of my reviews are new). Sorry for confusion.

They've been doing it for a while, but they don't always connect physical and ebooks automatically. Sometimes you have to request it, and it can take a few days or weeks before it's done.
