Hi Everyone!
These are the titles I have chosen for the challenge. I've chosen book titles instead of authors. I have a few blank spots here. I would love suggests for the letters Q and X, and maybe N. Some of the titles might change over the course of the challenge but I think I'm going to stick with these. I've had them all so long I just want to clear my shelf and Kindle.

A: The Art of Eating by M.F.K. Fisher
B: Bleak House by Charles Dickens
C: The Camel Club by David Baldacci
D: Dirty Parts of the Bible by Sam Torode
E: Edge of Dark Water by Joe R. Lansdale
F: Four Days with Hemingway's Ghost by Tom Winton
G: Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin
H: The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien
I: In the Tall Grass by Stephen King & Joe Hill
J: Jacob's Room by Virginia Woolf
K: The Kept Girl by Kim Cooper
L: Little Women by Louisa May Alcott
M: My Year with Eleanor by Noelle Hancock
N: Night and Day by Virginia Woolf
O: Old World Murder by Kathleen Ernest
P: The Physiology of Taste by Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin
Q:??
R: The Rose Hotel by Rahimeh Andalibian
S: Skin Folk by Nalo Hopkinson
T: This is Not a Writing Manual by Kerri Majors
U: Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe
V: Village Books by Craig McLay
W: What to Eat by Marion Nestle
X: ???
Y: You Can't Make This Up by Lee Gutkind
Z: Zoological Mythology 1 by Angelo de Gubernatis

If I finish these, I might move onto the Alphabetical Authors. That would be so cool to do.

Greg Iles's The Quiet Game? Not sure if it is your style but the list above has pretty much everything :) If that does not sound good, what kind of books do you read? :)

The X will be a bit trickier but we'll find something.

Oh - and welcome and good luck :)

Thanks for the warm welcome!

The Quiet Game, huh? I'll look into it. I would like an alternate, just in case. I have a Kindle full of books that needs reading and also a box of books. They have been sitting and sitting and sitting...you get the idea. I'll read almost anything. The exception is Romance, not really into those.

The X title can wait a bit and I can look at other peeps lists. And do a search. There is time.

Sounds like my reading habits - and my kindle and home libraries :)

I really like Iles - I am not sure why he is not more popular than he is but he has a pretty nice style. Not for everyone I suspect but...

If you read comics, X-Men saves the day for X :)

X Marks the Scot by Victoria Roberts is romantic historical fiction. I used it in 2013, so I'll have to find something else for 2014.
