So, I mentioned the idea of a group trip to London in passing a few weeks ago when I posted about the Harry Potter play JKR is producing. It's an idea that various people have mentioned over the last few years. (Can you believed it's been over 3 years since Florida?!) Foggi and I have been going back and forth about the idea and thought we'd start a thread. This is solely to gauge whether there's enough interest to begin exploring further. We're currently thinking 2015 or even 2016. We're also curious as to what people would want to do when there as that could ultimately affect timing. I know it will be hard, but for now, try not to think about logistics and finance too much, just give us your initial reaction!

As Bib said, I'm in! A visit to London with you guys sounds like a lot of fun, so I hope at least a few of us can manage it!

My trip in November was going to be a trip of a lifetime, but now I really want to go back! I would love to have a meet-up there!

I haven't been to London since 2003, but I don't think I'll be breaking that trend anytime soon.  Have fun, though!

How fun! Probably not in the cards for me, but I'll be curious to see what comes together, nonetheless...

I would love to, but between kids and finances I don't think I would be able to.

Hmmm....if London proves to be too much, we could always try Florida again. The new Diagon Alley addition is looking pretty awesome!

for me it's timeline. Jason doesn't graduate until spring 2016, and until after he's graduated and working a real job finances are likely to be too tight for a big trip. especially with kids young enough that I won't be able to leave them behind.

This sounds exciting, guys! I would go! I didn't get to visit Lyme House (Pemberly), last time, so I would love a day trip there.

I would love to go to London again. I have no idea when it will happen but there is so much I missed when I was there before.

I still think this is a good idea. Failing that (or in addition to that), how about a meetup this fall when Fantastic Beasts comes out?
