If you like cats, you'd love Harry. He's a domesticated 60 lb. Canadian Lynx and in the children's book, "Harry the 60 pound guard cat" (Amazon.com) he guards this million dollar yacht, attacks, and drives off a robber, gets a reward from the Orange County Sheriff, all the while exhibiting behavior that shows children how to keep things neat, make their bed, take naps, and other positive traits. BW photos with captions.

My cat Ruby is spectacular. She turns into taffy and stretches out into unbelievable lengths in bed with me, she has this long, drawn out whine that makes me believe that there's an ambulance coming, and at midnight she is capable of doing back-flips off of doors and walls. She doesn't have a book written about her, and she durn well should!

Sometimes I get angry for the wrong reasons.

Hey, the OP probably didn't know any better, I hope.

I do see many authors do this, many times I think it's quite innocent, they join LT and start marketing. Then they figure out how best to do that and how to use these threads thanks to seasoned members like Lilithcat. Then again there are always going to be unashamed spammers and you can't always tell which is which :)

Although #3, I do feel that

Does deserve a thread of its own

#7 Some cats do need a thread of their own. Henri Le Chat Noir is on Facebook and has released a book about his ennui.

He is a great big longhaired tuxedo cat. Gorgeous ...

I haven't written a book about my cat yet, but when I do, you should all buy it!

I haven't written a book about my cats either. They feature occasionally on my blog, mainly because I know that their breeder reads it and I like to think that she is following their progress.

For those of you members who have not yet seen THAT EXISTENTIAL CAT have a look, although I recon. the best is #1 or 2.

ETA. Amtep (#9) to whom should I send my 'monies' to?

No. 2 is thought to be the best of the clips. The thieving Filmmaker is getting a bit commercial now but Henri usually has a bon mot on facebook every day.

I have The Book

OK pinko, a touchstone at least.

ETA. I agree #2 is the best (sofar)
