Exporting popular tags?

Good day!

I hope this is the right place to ask. Is there a way to export the popular tags belonging to a book?

I'm looking for a way to export information on all my books and the community's tags along with it. Once exported to .CSV, I want to graph this with Gephi (https://gephi.org/). I've found out how to export my book data via the API, but not how to get the popular tags.

Since that data is essentially an LT product, I think the only way to get it would be to deal with LT. Obviously they don't want to make it easy for other companies to use their data, so it's not going to be easily exportable. Their contact information is at the bottom of the page.
