I just read this book this month and thoroughly enjoyed it. Easy read and refreshingly uplifting. Loved the contemporary references and the blending of books with modern technology in the plot. Wondering if any others have discovered this book yet...

I have my copy and it is on my "to read" stack. An interesting feature of the book is that the yellow printing on the spine and front cover is phosphorescent after being charged for a while. It glows in the dark for a while.

Another purchase from Mysterious Galaxy (San Diego independent specialist in mysteries, scifi, horror) on a different trip this past Saturday was Potboiler by Kellerman.

It's on the top of my TBR pile. My current-read takes priority (and is very good).

I just turned in a 2000-word essay on this book for Magill's Literary Annual. It was a lovely, lovely book, for just the reasons you (tkhughes8) stated!

^6 P.S. The dustjacket glows in the dark, from what I'm told. I haven't tested it yet -- keep meaning to!

This book was very enjoyable, quite to my surprise. I fully expected to feel at least a tiny bit disconnected due to the references made to technology, seeing as I'm not very...uh..techy? On the contrary, it was very easy to empathise with each character, even Kat. Expect several laughs while reading! The story itself was intriguing but did not surprise me at the end. Yet, I was often puzzled throughout the book, wondering what plan the characters will think of next. Discovering the answer to the mystery before the end was not disappointing for me, and I instantly knew why once I finished the book. Well done!
