Does everyone have an ongoing wish list for the holidays? Or just because you have a perpetual wish list like I do? I'd love to see what everyone else is requesting. I'm hoping for Jacques Pepin's new book, Essential Pepin: More Than 700 All-Time Favorites from My Life in Food, among others. Anyone else have a list yet?

I'm saving my nickels to purchase the second and third Alton Brown cookbooks for my son as Christmas presents.
Brown continues to inspire and motivate my son's cooking for his family. Having an explanation for the science behind what happens in the kitchen is the motivator he needed to remain the primary cook for his family and make his meals healthy and delicious.
For myself? I just wish to get the missing annuals of my Cook's Illustrated collection.... The years do fly by....I think I'm five years behind now!
