I read This is the way I pass my time for the Go review that book group. It was a fascinating look at a needlework tradition that has passed. See my review here.

It sparked an intense week where I tried to stitch several of the examples and read 2 more books on the subject as well as reviewing a chart of an old sampler designed and stitched by a distant relative; then reworked, corrected and stitched by me a few years ago.
