I'm doing it again! My challenge is to read:
ONE book in TEN Dewey Decimal Categories
or
TEN books in ONE Dewey Decimal Category
... whichever comes first!!
There are two things I'll be interested in seeing as I do this challenge again. The first is if I can complete this second challenge in a shorter period of time. The second is if I end up with the same winning category.
Here's my first Dewey Decimal Challenge. It took me 21 months to finish. The 600's category won!! :)
Now on to my second Dewey Decimal Challenge...

I was gone...what...like a whole month or something like that?! :)
ETA: It turns out it was only 2 weeks!! I guess I didn't stray too far since I'd been peeking in on your suggestions thread. :)

I am whizzing throught that book. It's one Early Reviewer book that I'm really enjoying. I have one unread ER and two partially read ER and can't seem to get back to any of those three. I guess I'll have to sooner or later.
In the book, Dr. Abuelaish worked at Soroko Hospital in Beer Sheva, Israel. I actually worked at that same hospital for a few months in 1973. My experience there was not that great, but I did change jobs and move into a terrific nursing job in Jerusalem. But that's a whole other story.
Your line above made me laugh. I was expecting to read "I'm glad to see you liked I Shall Not Hate". Instead, it said "I'm glad to see that I Shall Not Hate is a '610' ". How funny!
