Hi!

I've been a fan of the Ian Carmichael radio adaptations for a little while now and this year I read my first Sayers novel - Whose Body? - and loved it!

I thought I would work my way through all the Lord Peter books in chronological order and so have started a challenge on my blog.

If you would like to join me, please pop over and leave a comment using the link below. If you'd like to read/re-read in order or just dip in and out throughout the year, you're welcome! Just leave a link to any reviews or posts on my blog so I can record them on the challenge page. If you don't have a blog, just send me your review for inclusion.

I hope to learn more about Lord Peter and share thoughts and opinions with other fans and new readers. I think that Sayers' style is underrated at the moment and I hope that this will get more readers to give her a try.

There's a yahoo group, LordPeter, which reads through the canon on a regular basis. Very erudite and interesting discussions!

Do! They are about to start a read of The Nine Tailors, which I have always thought was exceptionally well written, with atmospheric descriptions of the Fens (not far from where I live now).
