I noticed while searching Worldcat that there are surprisingly few copies of Infinite Jest worldwide, even in some english speaking countries.
Next, I checked out BetterWorldBooks.com and found out that it's $15.50 to purchase a new paperback copy of Infinite Jest and ship it anywhere worldwide.
So, I've set up a page on ChipIn to do exactly that.

Our goal is simple. Raise $15.50 by the end of the month to send a copy of Infinite Jest to a library that lacks one. Anyone who donates gets to nominate a library, and all our members get to vote.

If you like Infinite Jest, if you like David Foster Wallace, or if you just like the idea of encouraging people to read good books, consider chipping in. I've already put the first $2.50 in myself.
