Columbus State Community College, or CSCC, is located in Columbus, Ohio and is the largest community college in the state. The college has grown from an initial enrollment of 67 students in 1963, to its current campus of about 31,000 students.

My name is Jessica Crossfield, and I am a graduate of the Kent State University Masters in Library and Information Science Program in Columbus, OH.

I began my career in library science after a brief stint in photojournalism. It was then that I realized my love of access and information.

I currently work as a library specialist at Columbus State Community College and last year, I worked as a graduate assistant at the Kent State SLIS Columbus campus.

My professional interests include digital preservation, digital librarianship, content management systems, metadata creation, cataloging, digital photography, printing and publication production, and journalism.
