SO entertaining - and informative in an embarrassing sort of way (2), love (1), but got over myself really quickly (1), when i first read it i was shocked i liked it so much (i was a girl afterall) (1), i remember enjoying it...another one of some craziness happening (1), my favorite play of hers that i've read so far (1), good ol' marian keyes and some british sass chick lit (1), and a play is always a quick read (1), but felt a bit pervy after reading it. (1), my sort of intro to historical fiction - with napoleon (1), i felt overly busy before this book (1), conformity :) if you ever have the chance to see it (1), brings together the unexpected "friends" (1), i'm trying to learn to appreciate the short story - this had some good ones (1), a part of me wishes to be italian and this setting works for that) (1), but i read it fast - so that's a good sign for me. (1), but an odd quick read that made my roommates wonder about me. (1), more of a picture book (for adults) a la Gorey style with illustrations (1), i have a different experience each time i read it (1), please do - the final scene of transformation is well done (1), odd....odd.... made me feel as though i was back to researching psychological experiments before they had to be ethically approved (1), tons of allusions to 'A Midsummer...' - my fav. Shakespeare (1), but i have reread it many times. ["Big River" (1), but i do enjoy most things published by Red Dress Ink. super chick-lit for some escapism (1), i read a review of her. i like someone who sparks discussion and controversy (1), one author- 2 narratives of a set of conjoined twins. points for creativity and 2 perspectives (1), 1. i love a gaggle of friends and 2. i'm southern and there's nothing like crazy southern women (1), read it before seeing the show. very political and dark (the musical ends happier). (1), another great favorite. i'm slowly getting back to classics (either that or i'm fascinated by characters named Daisy [nod to Henry James]) (1), but that's fiction. i use it as my intro for others into the chick-lit genre. (1), a nice basic intro to global warming (1), a confession: i laughed out loud many times. it's a bit far-fetched (1), also representing "Macbeth" and "The Merchant of Venice" - all some of my favorite tragedies. oh - "Romeo and Juliet" too (1), what does it say about me if i relate to Daisy? i'll hope i've grown more since i read it. (1), "Everything you own should do its job with some semblance of grace and dignity. Underware isn't just underwear. It's the true garment of your sexual self. And nasty knickers completely sabotage your sexual self esteem." (1), right when you think everything is being wrapped up nicely...it isn't. (i'm curious of the lloyd webber musical) (1), it's representing all of the others. i love them all with #3 and this one as my favorites. (1), but even better for the "for further information" at the back (1), lots of chick lit in my background (1), but an entertaining read nonetheless. (1), sad (1), my favorite comedy (1), one of the better m. keyes (1), and women disguised as men (1), good coverage (1), i like british chick-lit too (1), entertaining chick-lit (1), another HUGE favorite (again (1), i enjoy the shopaholi trilogy (1), my introduction into chick-lit (1), i love hedda (1), spys (1), anyone?] (1), lovely jane... (1), so good (1), an odd concept (to me) (1), but worth the read (1), as the most recent HP (1), i don't remember a lot (1), but good (1), the chick-lit/murder mystery.... it's silly and so unrealistic (1), 'wonderland' - in my top 5 of favorites (1), since 'the adventures of alice...' is one of my favorites i loved the allusions and there's nothing like reading about a young woman going crazy. (1), when i don't read fiction i'm into poetry (1), curious about Al Gore's daughter writing a book set on capital hill (1), i prefered it to the shopaholic trilogy (1), every now and then i read non-chick lit. (1), other than the irresponsible money issues which were too ridiculous to believe (1), because part of me wants the garden hideaway (1), because a part of me wishes to be italian (1), but not as light as chick-lit (1), because sometimes you need a sweet story... (1), very funny - mainly due to her blog (1), ah (1), entertainment (1), murder mystery genre (1), i secretly love the chick-lit (1), it won some Tony's (1), i like theater (1), but even better for the "for further information" section in the back (1)
