The purpose of the library is to provide a variety of materials to nurture personal growth, faith and understanding of Christian life, as well as to preserve and promote Russian culture and Russian language.

Saint Barbara Church is a missionary parish of Orange County in the state of California, founded on October 1st in the year of 2006 by the blessing of Kyrill, Archbishop of San Francisco & Western America, Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. St.Barbara church is run by a small, but faithful group of parishioners, Russian-speaking emigres. Our parish doesn't own any building yet, so a place for our services is in a temporary location.
