- I have long considered my library to be a microcosm of my life: scanning my bookshelves (I come from a family of people who never seem to have enough bookshelves), I am able to be reminded of who I am, what I value, where I come from, where I'm going, what I've known, what I know, what I want to know, what I think about myself in reality, what I think about myself when I want to feel impressed with myself, what I find funny, and who has loved me.
Being *semper* cash-poor, I don't have the membership fee to spare, so I've had to stop adding books to my LT list. But I've tried to present here *une tranche de ma vie*, a slice of my life, in 200 titles or less. Fewer. You and I probably have more titles in common than LT's computer can match us on, but someday I hope to have a complete and accurate catalog of my holdings here, and then we'll know even more about our commonalities. - Sobre mí
