Sobre mi biblioteca
My library mainly consists of historical fiction novels – an obsession that was started a few years ago with Philippa Gregory’s The Other Boleyn Girl and the obsession continues still to this day. I like to think of these novels as a way to travel to different places and times without having to leave the comfort of my own home. My library also has a good collection of chick-lit and mystery books as well as a multitude of children’s books. I have a small collection of French language books, something that I am hoping to grow soon but I find them difficult to find. Books are my escape, my salvation.

I cannot NOT buy books . . . I have tried to stop (much to my parents dismay) and I have tried the whole library thing . . . doesn’t work for me. Books are my precious belongings—don’t break the spine, don’t fold down the corners and never, ever write in the book . . . let’s just say my Mom is terrified to borrow any of my books. :)
Sobre mí
A good book on your shelf is a friend that turns its back on you and remains a friend. ~Author Unknown

I have been a self professed bookworm for as long as I can remember—devouring as many books as I could get my hands on. Birthday and Christmas wish lists have always mainly consisted of new books, and they still do to this day! My parents installed in me my love of reading when I was small child and I am so thankful that they opened me up to the wonderful world of books. :)

I have just finished completing my University career . . . all 7 years of it and I am now ready to start my real life as an elementary French teacher. My dream is to one day have my own library with floor to ceiling bookshelves filled with books—just like Belle’s library in Beauty and the Beast.
