The books I have included in my library are books I recommend to my friends on my livejournal and books I have read recently that I thoroughly enjoyed. I try to at least briefly review each one as I add it, but I don't go in depth.

I've always loved to read, since I was a child. Anything I could get my hands on- until I entered those dreaded English classes where they force you to read. Sadly, that period of my life left my love damaged: I cannot abide certain authors for reasons unapparent to anyone (often including myself.). I also bear an unfortunate, but all-consuming hatred of anything by Dickens. Mostly, I read Christian and historical fiction, motivational/inspirational books (not self-help), and the occasional biography, though I freely admit that fantasy/science fiction is my first love.
I have finished my first novel and am in the process of publishing it for distribution on amazon kindle. My mother, however, gets her own hard copy. :)
