- Largely and predominately food writing and cookery.
I have I think, a good "cross section" library as well.
Currently my library is on the second floor of the house (38 steps up!).
It is desperate need of sorting and organizing, and we still have crates and bags with books and magazines that we cannot really get at.
I don't really know how many books we have up there, but between the four family members, I would estimate it runs into thousands.

- I am based in Western France, and am originally from the UK (Wales)
I teach languages and renovate houses in this area, which keeps me very busy!
I am surrounded by like minded friends and family who have also come here to enjoy "La Vie en France"
I am a passionate foodie - much to the delight of my end users (friends, family) - I have also passed on this love to my oldest daughter who has recently become an editor of a new food magazine called FLAVOUR (based in the UK) - I have developed an interest in food blogs and am very impressed at the high standard - I have made a start myself, but feel I have a very long way to go to catch up! I adore making lists and organizing everything from my spice chest to my linen cupboard, so imagine my delight when I saw this opportunity to organize my library!
My actual library is based on the second floor of our house, but is in very sad need of tidying and sorting - we need more bookshelves to do this. It is, obviously stored along with the family's library, which is also in sad need of organization. We are very fortunate to have such a big space to store our books.
My predominant collection is food based writing, and it is this part of my library that I want to categorize first.
I have recently taken an active interest in owning a KINDLE reader, but it is, as yet unavailable in the UK. - Ubicación
