Sobre mí
I'm a work at home mom who can most often be found wearing pajamas, drinking a glass of sweet tea, and reading a book.
I read as often as I can. Books are my escape, my refuge, my safe adventures. Recently I've discovered audio books and so now have a new and better way of shutting out everyone and everything and losing myself in a book. I can't think of anything more relaxing than being read to and there are so many amazing narrators out there right now that when you find that right combination of story and narrator, its perfection.

My preferred genre at the moment is fantasy. Mainly focusing on epic, urban, and dark fantasy but I also enjoy dystopian, southern gothic, horror-fantasy, Fairytale fantasy, Historical fantasy. I also enjoy some element of romance with my fantasy but have found that specifically paranormal romance is not for me at the moment. I love to escape to a completely different world in the books that I read, becoming so invested in the story that I laugh and cry along with the characters. I don't require a HEA, sometimes a book makes more sense without one. And I do tend to like my fantasy on the dark side which doesn't always lead to a HEA.

I'm always open to reading something new and I get so excited when I find a new author to love and immediately read everything they've ever written
