Sobre mi biblioteca: The library primarily is composed of nonfiction medieval & Renaissance publications suitable for historical research. There is a large section devoted to the philosophy of Alchemy, a collection of Golden Age Mystery, some early sci-fi, and Historical Culinary manuscripts. Above sll, the library contains a wondetful selection of books regarding medieval and Renaissance cooking and food preparation.
Sobre mí: Musician, writer, & cook, I have a heavy academic background in medieval & Renaissance history; my main expertise is in translating medieval recipes & re-creating the food of that period. My musical tastes include Swing, Jazz, Classical, & medieval/Renaissance. My favorite drinks are lambic & vins d'Alsace. I currently spend time in both Ohio & Pennsylvania & actively participate in historical reenactments, where I teach medieval cookery. I have a partner of 22 years & a devoted cat, a lot of pottery, & an excessive amount of books.
