Excuse my dust whilst I build one! I'm a fan of great stories in any genre, though I do have a special place in my heart for various genres of sci-fi / fantasy and magical realism.

I love the appearance of the extraordinary in ordinary daily life and try always to dance with absurdity and paradox.

I'm the author of a new novel, Heart of Desire: 11.11.11 Redux (Tootie-Do Press, 2014) and two history books for middle graders (Enslow, 2005 & 2010). My short fiction, nonfiction essays, and poetry appear in international journals and anthologies. A new story, Cheater, written in collaboration with author Joe DiBuduo, will appear in an anthology of weird Western stories from Western Books Press later in 2015.
