The Indian Pueblo Cultural Center Library and Archives (Albuquerque, NM) promotes the history, traditions, culture and lived experiences of the people from the 19 Pueblos of New Mexico and the Ysleta del Sur in El Paso, TX through its special collection. Along with securing a place in the national historical narrative, these materials foster Pueblo identity and knowledge.

This targeted Special Collection consists of approximately 8,000 non-circulating titles as well as an expansive collection of approximately 150,000 newspaper clippings/vertical file records related to Pueblo and other Native American interests and topics. The library supports both published and unpublished monographs/books while the archives acquires, organizes, describes, protects, preserves and makes accessible materials that support both Pueblo community and academic interests.
