My collection is eclectic - literary fiction, science fiction, fantasy, horror, mysteries, thrillers, paranormal fiction, vampire fiction, ghost stories, southern gothics, womens fiction, chick lit, historical fiction, memoirs, history, psychology, sociology, feminist writings, religion, progressive Christianity, spirituality, philosophy, poetry.

Community College Administrator, sometime psychology adjunct, life long lover of books - especially, but not limited to, fiction. I'll pretty much read anything (the back of a cereal box has captured my attention more than once), but, I have a preference for strong, evocative, well-written narrative. I'm currently partial to literary fiction, memoirs, and mystery/thrillers, but, I'm also a fan of speculative fiction. As you can see from my library, I spent a lot of my teen years reading fantasy, and came to be a pretty big horror fan in my early adult years.

I also like to read books about writing, spirituality, liberal Christianity, psychology, philosophy and religion in general. I also am fascinated by certain periods of history, such as the Roman Empire, The Tudor Dynasty, and the European Medieval period in general.

I love to learn, and books have always been a huge part of my learning journey!
