About another thousand volumes that I haven't got round to adding yet. Need to do some serious weeding.

Major genres: Natural history, photography, zen/taoism, poetry, letters/diaries, essays, social history, philosophy, art, etc.

I'll always try to get the hardback edition rather than the paperback, unless the price difference is too great. Started buying some non-illustrated works on Kindle, but only because I have no more room for the physical versions.

50-something, UK. Came from an almost book-free childhood home and didn't really discover the joys of reading until I was 18. Now over-compensated in the other direction.
