I once owned a bookstore...However, I didn't start knitting until January 2008. Since then I've accumulated so many books and magazines on the subject that this device is a blessing! I've also "inherited" many magazines about crochet from my mother. My next step is to sort them. I hope to upgrade my Library Thing to add other favorite authors and their books!

I'm 60 years old and only began knitting four years ago. I've crocheted since my teens and have since picked up Tunisian (or Afghan) crochet. I love books and have shelves and shelves of them but wanted to organize my craft instruction books.
I'm married to an English professor (a second marriage for both of us) and have two sons, two step-daughters and one cat.
