It's been building since I was about 13. So 22 years in now and it's slightly more than 2000 books. I'll know for certain once this logging process is complete. It would help a lot if I could scan the ISBN's into here of course. Hmmmmm. XML upload? I've been needing LibraryThing for a very long time.

My parents have understood for a long time, that if I should die unexpectedly, they are not to sell my books to offset funeral costs. The books are to be buried with me. I admit I like a good story and good dialogue. Beautiful prose doesn't always do it for me. Get me hooked on a concept or an idea, make me laugh wiht outlandishness or your cleverness and I'm probably hooked for life.
