Advertisement text (Evening-Post): "On TUESDAY the 27th of August, Will be sold by PUBLIC VENDUE At the House of William Buttar, in Green's Lane, a Variety of genteel House Furniture, viz. Mahogany Tables, Looking Glasses, Chest of Draws, several Setts of Chairs, Feather Beds and Bedding, a Variety of China and Glass Ware, Kitchen Furniture, &c. &c.——A Horse & Chaise, Library of BOOKS, and some English GOODS. The Sale to begin at Ten o'Clock in the Morning, & to continue till the Whole are sold, J. Russell, V.M."
