It was a very nice surprise to open this book and see that it isn't just a how-to manual. Well, I guess in a way it is that but it is sooo much more. It gives you real life stories for examples of problems that can happen in the work place but also things that happen outside of the work place. Then walks you through the steps on how to fix the problem or just finding a way to work in a system that sometimes just doesn’t seem to want us {women} in it. All in all, I liked the book it was very informative and can be a benefit to have really at any point in your life or career. Happy reading everyone… (más)
