Tara Ward

Literally this book reads like someone is trying to increase their word count. It's over 375 pages of material that can easily be done in 100 pages or less. I have seen and read far better books. on both mindfulness and meditation.

Tara Ward presents some useful information in this book that might be quite useful for people interested in developing their own psychic abilities, yet I'm afraid that for people with no previous psychic experiences nothing will change after reading it - Ward does not presents any real techniques of developing skills that hasn't been awaken first (according to my knowledge about psychic phenomena). But still, it's a nice and useful book for "a little weird" library.
