Cleo Wade is a friend, community builder, and the author of the bestselling book Heart Talk: Poetic Wisdom for a Better Life and Where to Begin: A Small Book About Your Power to Create Big Change. She has been called the poet of her generation by Time magazine and the "Millennial Oprah" by New York mostrar más magazines, as well as being named one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company. Cleo sits on the board of the Lower Eastside Girls Club, the National Black Theatre in Harlem, and the Women's Prison Association. I'm so grateful I read this book. It's not normally something I would pick up, but a friend had it on her list and I decided to try it. I love myself. It's no secret. But the secret is, it took a long time to get here and I am still learning and growing each day. This book is a cheerleader to help you learn and grow as well. Take the time to take care of you. Read this book. Love yourself, love each other, live your best life.
