My uncle wrote this book. So how could I not like it? But seriously, it is a fine book. An interesting look into some things about Catholicism, and life in the rectory. There is a scene involving some boys, some nuns, and 'the voice of God' that is hilarious. Jan Karon fans would probably like this book as well.

It is roughly about the history of the now defunct St. Philomena's, in Denver, and more specifically about the time of one priest, who served, I think, around 30 years ago.
