Pretty Much True may be pretty much true for those waiting for someone to come back alive from being deployed.... It's reality is gritty. No pretty scenes of love and patience and hope. It's black and white. Realistic in it's depression perhaps?

Mia is a cabbie..well, when she is sober that is. We meet the folks in her life ...Denise, Doctor Don and Jake...each in their own space in time relating to war. It's emails and letters back and forth amid the day to day grind of waiting...and despair.

I think this is well written yes, but if you're hoping for an uplifting tale then this is not for you.… (más)
