I found it a bit hard to believe some of things that happened to Henry as a child, but I suppose in the world of fiction anything is possible. The story tells us that Henry was always on his own. He was literally the "forgotten child". His parents owned a bookstore and would forget that they had brought him with them to work when he was young. He would be left in the bookstore, many times overnight. He didn't seem to mind as there was plenty of books and a big soft, cozy chair to curl up in. Henry's role is now reversed and is his father’s caretaker. His father may be nearly at the end of any memories of Henry, but, being the good son, he still goes to see him regularly in the memory care facility where he now lives. His mom is gone, and his dad has dementia so as far as his father is concerned, Henry doesn’t exist. Henry goes on with his life with his beloved cat, Magpie and his favorite and trusted stuffie, Merlin the unicorn by his side to keep him company. His days are filled with running the family bookstore in a strip mall in Las Vegas and Saturday evenings, after he goes and checks on his dad as he feels he should...why I can't figure out after seeing how they treated him...he spends time at the BDSM Club, Cordes, in his "little" side, to regress and unwind. If he gets a moment to play with a "Daddy" that’s a diffident plus. One night when two men, Mitchell and Jensen, that he has had his eye on since a chance meeting at his bookstore, want to play, Henry is thrilled, and his life just might have taken a good turn. He might just be lucky enough to get "Two Daddies for Henry"!! At the start of the story, we get a glimpse of the dynamic developing with Mitchell and his best friend forever, Jensen. We don't have long before the piece of the puzzle that is Henry, makes the three of them fit perfectly. You can't help but like all three men and really hope to learn more of their story. This book does a great job of allowing just that. The back stories of how Jensen secretly loved Mitchell but never shared it with him for almost 20 years, and the neglectful past Henry had endured from his “too into their own selves” parents was heart wrenching. Having the author expand upon that part and the triad’s developing relationship was key to a very rounded story. A huge thumbs up to this story and T.L Travis's efforts in making it happen.… (más)

This is a sweet insta love NA MM read.

Jonah and Micah, meet when Micah visits Jonahs home town (where the whole multi author series is set)

There is few moments where I was like doh!

As this is first book I've read I the series, no idea how the characters will all interact or even if they do but overall a good enjoyable read.

Noel's sister has died. He and his little, Cammy, need to see to her funeral arrangements and take custody of her 3-year-old daughter, Rose. As they travel to Ohio and prepare to tell Rose of her mother's death, there is much they need to do and plan. Cammy takes on a more adult role when necessary to help Noel and Rose. Noel worries that Cam is not getting what he needs from him but Cam assures him that they need to make adjustments because of Rose. Going back to Vermont, a new dynamic falls on the trio. Cammy comes back and Rose is the perfect playmate for him at that time. When necessary, Cam comes out to deal with the adult stuff that needs to be seen to--refurbishing Rose's old house, planting a garden, cooking, taking Rose to school, adapting their home for Rose to be comfortable. What does the future hold for them? Can they make it work?

I'm fairly new to reading Daddy/little, especially male/male. I loved this story. It shows how Cammy can be a child with Rose while Cam comes to do the adult things when Noel cannot because of his grief or work. I liked the wonder and delight that Cammy brings, though he can be a brat, with Rose. Both want to know what the big surprise is that Noel is planning. I like that Cam comes out when Rose needs a adult--picking her up from school, making meals, protecting her. It is interesting that Rose can tell the difference between Cammy and Cam and responds accordingly.

I like that Noel knows Cammy has been picking up his slack and being Cam more. Cam explains why and gets Noel out of the grief he is in about his sister and explains what is happening to the dynamic between Rose and Noel. I appreciate Noel listening to Cam and thoughtfully taking his words to heart so he can better deal with Rose who is a good kid.

I shed some tears both at the beginning and end. Naturally it is sad for death to enter a book but it is touching watching Rose grow up with Noel and Cammy/Cam. It was so natural for them to be together. Though neither was a blood parent, the felt the same things a parent would. It was beautiful.

I enjoyed Raphael and Cooper’s story. Raphael hid from life after being scarred from a horrible accident and bullied when he was a child. One day he sees a crime right in front of him and steps in to help the victim. This is how he meets Cooper and his life changes.
