This is a killer to read, heavy going with an abundance of conceptual theory and few practical examples. I've heard it gets better on the second read and I understand the content is of serious value to those engaging in reflective practice and leadership. I need to read paragraphs over and over again before I understand the meaning, sometimes I still don't understand the meaning. Even the cover is off-putting! I'll persist, however, since I'm reliably informed that beneath all the theory, models, concepts and high brow language lies a powerful tool for personal and organisational change.… (más)
