Have you always thought that First Doctor stories would be better if they had more rape and disemboweling? Do you want to read a book where the Doctor appears for maybe 20 pages and does nothing? Then this is the book for you!

This book is so desperate to show you how 70s it is, that it can't stop ramming it down your throat. Between a bunch of poorly executed references to various 70s prog rock
bands, and shoehorned in drug use (of hallucinogens, naturally), the book loses any sense of being a 3rd Doctor story.

I really enjoyed this close up view of X-Files episodes and found explanations for some things I never understood. A little clarity on the subject. The book ends with the movie and is missing the final seasons. I would have like to see the author's take on the immaculate conception of a barren woman and an indepth look at Krycek and his motivations.

While the lists are a bit too rambling and mostly filled with plot summaries, this is still a fun little trivia book. I enjoyed the quotes, the lists of logical flaws, and especially the chapter about which Big Bad would win in a fight.
