this manga was very uncomfortable to read, we are essentially thrown into the story as the reader with no buildup or backstory to the main couple’s meeting and no true semblance of who yae is. then we’re introduced to this creep takkun who was apparently friends with yae when they were kids but we’re ever only told this never shown. these two don’t share any inside jokes, memories or even treat each other with familiarity. this manga could’ve been so cute if they over hauled takkun’s rapey tendencies and gave him a personality besides smirking and being a rich asshole.

There are a number of sexual advances he makes in this book while yae has told him to stop or no and he continues anyway only really stopping if his phone rings or something. It’s crazy how this man says she was his first love because i could’ve saw that being used in a normal story with a normal ml who is cold within the fake marriage with yae bc he did have feelings for her once upon a time and she isn’t like the girls he’s been with as an adult bc she knew him when he wasn’t a wealthy architect. soooo many missed opportunities to make this story cute and not uncomfortable to read but they weren’t taken for the sake of ?? i don’t even know.

overall this was disappointing but a one star bc the almost sex scenes read as almost SA.… (más)
