A collection of four allegorical studies, this is, hands-down, one of my favorite collections of Christian stories. Story one is set in the future, from the point of a homeless woman taken to a "rehab" facility. What happens when she meets a mysterious man and strange things begin to happen to the "pretty" people? The second story is a long allegory set in a fictional land. Exploring the relationship between the Catholic and the Protestant church, set in a land at war, is not only a good story in itself, but a powerful message about division in the church. The third story is less than two pages, about a father and a son and what is really important. The fourth and last is about a man sent to bring others to the court of the king and what happens when he does. Highly recommend. Should be read by any Christian who enjoy parables and stories.… (más)
