This is a small textbook for beginner-level students of the Sogetsu school of ikebana - one of the newer and more avant-garde schools.
A thoughtful if slow-moving take on the life of Sen no Rikyu, the 16th-century tea master who is credited with shaping Chanoyu (the Japanese tea ceremony) into the form it still has today. The transfer isn't very good (one star removed for that alone), but if you don't mind the deliberate pace of the tea ceremony itself, you will probably find this film worthwhile.
