This is a very short tutorial on the Liturgy of the Hours, either using the four-volume set or the shorter Christian Prayer version. Each of the daily prayers are outlined, and then provided with an example to show what to say and when to say it.

Unfortunately, due to its small size -- it could conceivably be carried inside the leather-covered version of Christan Prayer -- the formatting gets a little squashed so it's a bit difficult to decipher what may be optional and what is required during the daily prayers. It's also slightly cryptic about Memorials: while the instructions on how to include a Memorial are tersely provided, it never offers instruction on when they should be included (and how one would know).

There aren't many strong resources for teaching the Liturgy of the Hours. I'd recommend instead the free "Discovering Prayer" by Sean Murray (available as a PDF from The Rosary Shop).
