The Fresh Eggs Daily Cookbook: Over 100 Fabulous… por Lisa Steele

I love eggs, so I bought this book from Lisa Steele. The book is a delight. Lisa started with a primer on eggs: types, health benefits, how to store and freeze them, and many more. Then, she went on to the recipes. Lisa divided the recipes into egg or egg-based recipes for different meals. I like her emphasis on simple, practical recipes you can modify or use immediately. She ends with a section on sauces, and this section is invaluable.

The writing is simple: nothing complicated. The photography is marvelous.
