It happened in Idaho is part of the It Happened IN series. This history of Idaho consists of 33 stories about the state. The stories, no more than four pages long, are short account of important events that make up the history of Idaho, but the author often stops short in showing how the event made Idaho what it is today, like it claims the stories would. Sometimes the stories are difficult to follow because of the author's awkward phrasing, and his inability to follow-up a general statement. But the book does give the reader a good overview of Idaho and its history. The book can also serve as a tourist guide to the state. This is a good concept for a series, and I will read this series for other states.… (más)
