An eye-opening look at the science of global warming and how the IPCC and Al Gore brought the world to believe that the science is settled in terms of CO2's relationship with global warming. The author has interviewed many credible scientists who hold beliefs that say the opposite is true:

he presents arguments against the renowned "hockey-stick" graph that shows that the 1990s were by far the warmest years in the last 1000 years and shows that the 1990s are not really much of an anomoly when you include data on the middle ages, which were also warm

he disputes the way CO2 ice core data were used to show that CO2 has been on a steady increase in our atmosphere since the industrial revolution and shows the original data of the ICPP before an "inexplicable adjustment" was made to them to make it appear that there has been a steady increase

he discusses how climate models have too many variables written into them to be accurate

and he discusses how there are things about the climate of which we just don't have a full understanding

Complete with data and graphs, this appears to be a genuinely credible book that should be read by all of our world's policy makers

Disputes the idea that the science is settled regarding the reality of global warming, its cause(s) and meaning for the future. NOT a crackpot book by a guy living in a cabin in Montana. The "deniers" documented in the book have solid, relevant scientific credentials in relevant fields, and do not appear to be on the payroll of energy companies. Keep an open mind and read this.
