Sams Teach Yourself to Create Web Pages in 24 Hours por Ned Snell
This was a good book (4 stars) to use to learn to develop web pages when it was first published in 1999. That no longer is the case. The march of technology has passed it by. If you are learning how to create a web page now, pass this book by, and choose a modern book that focuses on xhtml and cascading style sheets.
