I did not particularly care for this book for a variety of reasons. To be specific, I don't feel that the language used was engaging, because it did not pull me in or interest me as a reader. Although, this might possibly be because I already knew the plot of the story as I was reading it. I also felt that even though the readable words would be great for K-2nd grade readers, I felt that some of the words chosen were a little too graphic for this age group. However, the bridge on the page has details on the stones.… (más)
